What to Expect

Initial Meeting

Our coaching relationship begins with an initial consultation, usually conducted via video call or phone. During this session, we'll discuss discuss goals, expectations, and the coaching process.

Assessment and Goal Setting

I will conduct an assessment to gain insight into your current situation, strengths, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we'll establish clear, measurable goals that you aim to achieve through coaching.

Session Format

Online coaching sessions typically occur on a regular basis, usually weekly or bi-weekly, and are conducted via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or GoogleMeet. Sessions typically last 50 minutes, although the duration may vary depending on the approach and each client's needs.

Coaching Techniques

During sessions, I employ a variety of coaching techniques to facilitate self-discovery, growth, and goal attainment. These may include active listening, powerful questioning, goal setting, action planning, and accountability.

Homework and Accountability

Between sessions, you may be assigned homework or action steps to complete, designed to reinforce insights gained during coaching sessions and move you closer to your goals. You'll be held accountable for taking action and making progress.

Support and Encouragement

Throughout the coaching adventure, you'll receive ongoing support, encouragement, and feedback. Successes will be celebrated, guidance will be provided during challenges, and I'll help you stay motivated and focused.

Assessment and Reflection

Periodically, we will revisit goals and assess progress to determine what's working well and where adjustments may be needed. Reflection on insights gained and lessons learned helps inform future coaching sessions.

Closure and Evaluation

As the coaching engagement nears its conclusion, we will review achievements, reflect on the coaching journey, and discuss strategies for maintaining progress beyond coaching. We will also evaluate the overall coaching experience and identify areas for growth or improvement.

Follow-up and Continued Support

After the formal coaching engagement ends, you will have opportunities for follow-up support or maintenance sessions to help sustain progress and address any new challenges that arise.
