To live fully is to give yourself permission—to be playful, to explore, to experiment.

It’s about awakening your curiosity, embracing adventure, and experiencing life through all five senses. It’s grounding yourself in the present moment, feeling at home in your own body, and taking up space with confidence and joy. It’s living with passion, with zest, and without fear. Not held back by what-ifs or should-haves, but set free by the truth that you are here, now, and life is meant to be lived.

I was once given a powerful piece of advice for navigating difficult emotional states:

Ask yourself—“Is this coming from fear or truth?”

If it’s rooted in fear, gently release it and imagine placing it in a river and letting it drift away.

If it’s grounded in truth, acknowledge it with clarity, and face it with as much grace and reason as you can. This simple question can be a compass in moments of inner chaos, guiding you back to clarity, courage, and calm.

Stay in the NOW.

If you spend time thinking about tomorrow...that is fear and anxiety.

If you spend time thinking about yesterday...that is guilt and regret.

Treat yourself to the NOW, where being in the exact moment...there are no problems.

Action Item:

Take time throughout your day to "Pause".

During these moments of "Pause", bring your fullest attention to what you see, hear, smell, feel, and taste. Find comfort in the simple pleasures we often rush by and take for granted.

When I trail run, to help me stay in the now, I seek out to identify 3 unique sights, 3 smells, and 3 unique sounds. Try it!

Let’s begin the conversation.
